Junior Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the development and execution of the strategic plan to achieve sales targets
2. Expand our customer base
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
4. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
5. Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
6. Own and exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
7. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
8. Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
9. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer queries
10. Handle a sales team, set targets, and drive the sales process from planning to closing
11. Work on manpower planning, recruiting the right talent, and then training and grooming
