Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the CS team and product manager to understand open issues and analyze the problems
2. Conduct user research
3. Work out possible solution options and present them to the engineering manager and product manager
4. Design solutions through the effective use of wireframing tools
5. Work with tech leads to track the development work
6. Help testing teams to understand expected outcomes
