About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify the top financial/general insurance/health insurance distributors in the assigned territory from the competition
2. Pitch agency career opportunities through career seminars/presentations/meetings
3. Understand the top advisor/business associate value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations related to the same
4. Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates post conducting career seminars and presentations and meet the defined recruitment plan
5. Drive sales from the team of top advisors/business associates and financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans
6. Maintain quality of sales by ensuring the persistence standards of the channel
7. Adhere to the desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment
8. Train & develop advisors for new product launches and communicate any changes in company guidelines/policies
9. Manage field operations by coordinating with operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment
