Key responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements
2. Create, maintain, review, and update job descriptions for mandates
3. Plan and execute a search plan to identify potential candidates that match the client's requirements or role requirements
4. Take responsibility for talent searches using databases, social media, and different professional networks
5. Understand candidates' profiles to evaluate their suitability for the role, using standardized screening techniques and conducting preliminary interviews
6. Schedule and coordinate activities throughout the entire recruitment process
7. Contribute to other activities, including providing feedback on candidates and conducting post-offer follow-ups
8. Build and strengthen candidate relationships to discuss networking and headhunting passive job seekers
9. Maintain the internal database by regularly updating candidate details in the trackers
