Investment Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a pipeline of potential investments through industry and market research. 2. Perform in-depth due diligence, and market research on potential investment opportunities
3. Build a detailed and robust financial model
4. Draft investment memorandums
5. Assist in deal structuring and negotiations
6. Monitor the portfolio companies and maintain relations with investee companies
7. Ensure compliance with all necessary rules and regulations

Desired Profile:

1. MBA from a top B School or Chartered Accountant
2. 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling and investment analysis
3. Strong research and analytical skills
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, deal with frequent and unexpected changes, and work within a tight timeframe
5. Presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues, and recommend solutions
6. Basic communication skills in Tamil is desirable
