Key responsibilities:

1. Work on client acquisition for the Forex broker platform
2. Work on client retention, renewal, and follow-ups
3. Work on achieving account opening targets
4. Work on maintaining client profitability and aiding marginal revenue
5. Manage client relations
6. Manage individual and team data, records, and business opportunities management

Who can apply:

1. Knowledge of the broking industry and capital markets
2. Graduate degree with excellent communication skills in English
3. Minimum experience - 6 months of broking
4. Confidence, convincing, and presentation skillset

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
