Key responsibilities:

1. Create and design project layouts and concepts.
2. Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
3. Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and manage client communications.
5. Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
6. Oversee site supervision to ensure project quality and compliance.
7. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of materials relevant to the projects
