Interior Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and design layout plans for interior spaces, ensuring optimal use of space and alignment with client requirements
2. Create detailed floor plans and drawings using CAD software
3. Conduct site visits to measure and assess space dimensions accurately
4. Translate site measurements into precise drawings and layouts for project execution
5. Select and recommend appropriate interior materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project needs and budget
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and materials in the interior design industry
7. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds-VRay, 3Ds Max, Illustrator, and Lumion to create detailed designs and visualizations
8. Produce 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
9. Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design plans are executed accurately
10. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and make necessary adjustments to the design
