The customer success team is a new team which hand-holds an enterprise client and ensures customer success - which is defined in terms of product usage, engagement level, NPS and churn. We are looking for skilled customer success managers to oversee the relationships of the company with its clients. This team ensures that all our customers are activated and successful before they are handed over to the KAM team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on lead prospecting and business development
2. Work and proactively prospect and hunt for new business opportunities
3. Conduct a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential clients
4. Deal closure: drive a large number of demos and deals to closure each month
5. Create a positive first impression with prospects and customers by actively listening to their business needs
6. Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
7. Account Renewals: Manage a specific list of accounts and ensure their renewal when the time comes
8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with these accounts
