Inside Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage events as per the client s requirements
2. Understand customer requirements over calls/WhatsApp and help them freeze the booking in assigned venues
3. Meet monthly revenue targets in assigned venues
4. Develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport consistently

Requirements:

1. Ability to problem solve and contribute ideas to improve customer service
2. Clearly communicating booking detail to both customers and assigned venue management to ensure transparency
3. Candidate must be comfortable with calling
4. Candidate must have 1 -2 years of sales, Inside sales experience
5. Candidate must be confident and comfortable with English and Hindi
6. Candidate must have Good communication skills
