Key responsibilities:
1. Research various verticals and identify product/service-based organizations
2. Identify decision-makers, and influencers in department-wise and collect required information like email id, contact number, domain, responsibilities, etc.
3. Generate a database and maintain it in a centralized location to get accessed whenever it is required for the management
4. Perform email campaigns, follow-up campaigns to the database, and generate leads via campaigns and cold calling
5. Schedule meetings with leads and assign them to the managers to take them forward
6. Maintain a tracker for leads and database, and also the activities performed
Key skills :
1. 0 to 6 month s experience in the lead generation background
2. Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills
4. Well-acquainted with MS Office skills and internet surfing
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
