About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
3. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer calling.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
5. Jewellery customer calling experience is a plus.
6. Work from office (6 days).
