Key responsibilities:
1. Work on converting leads into prospects by pitching the pre-leased real estate investment product and project through cold and warm calling, chat & email
2. Conduct video presentations of the projects so as to better explain the deals to prospective clients
3. Liaise with the site sales team and push prospects for site visits
4. Work on managing site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the site sales team for any clarification if needed
5. Work on ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at the time of meetings and site visits
6. Work on updating leads in CRM for every activity performed
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
