About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle customer calls, messages, and customer requests and answer queries
2. Manage bookings/reservations for potential customers through leads generated through various sources - phone calls, emails, chat messenger, WhatsApp messenger, and alike
3. Use basic sales techniques to understand customers' needs and suggest appropriate games/party packages and convert the leads
4. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information using the right questions as needed
5. Understand when to escalate an issue or concern or pass on a lead to the concerned person
6. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries
