Key responsibilities:
1. Inbound Sales Management: Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries through calls, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a responsive and professional customer interaction.
2. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain product details, negotiate prices, and ensure prompt delivery.
3. Quotation Preparation: Send detailed quotes to customers, customizing offerings to meet their needs.
4. Sales Follow-Up: Actively follow up on inquiries and quotes to convert prospects into customers, and engage existing customers and previous inquiries for new sales opportunities.
5. Negotiation: Expertly negotiate with customers to secure orders, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
6. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
7. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers, positioning yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor.
8. Product Knowledge: Recommend product equivalents across different brands, showcasing extensive product knowledge and adaptability.
9. Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with the sales and support teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
