Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures related to personnel management, payroll, employee relations, and recruitment
2. Developing and implementing plans and strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
3. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and other HR documents
4. Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues concerning payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters
5. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR
6. Administering performance reviews and making recommendations for coaching, promotion, and/or other actions related to employee development
7. Preparing and submitting reports on a regular basis
