Human Resources (HR) Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed
2. Work on recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
3. Work on new hire orientation, onboarding, and onboarding processes
4. Track, monitor, and update employee records
5. Develop and implement HR strategies
6. Create job descriptions and job postings
7. Perform management activities and employee recognition processes
8. Develop and implement employee engagement activities
