Job description: We are looking for a skilled HR manager passionate to work in a fast-paced startup environment. The HR manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR activities and functions of the company. This includes but is not limited to, recruiting, payroll management, policy making, and proficiency in excel. The HR manager will report to the CEO and work closely with the functional team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making offers to successful candidates
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's culture and objectives
3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
4. Manage payroll processes, including salary calculation, overtime, leave, and taxation
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an AI company, with experience in tech and non-tech hiring
3. Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
4. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
8. Experience in working in a remote or work-from-home environment
