As a 'Human Resources Executive' at Wian Tech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the HRIS system and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR operations. Your expertise in HRIS will be invaluable in streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency within the HR department. You will be reporting to the management.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on internal recruitment for various positions
2. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
3. Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
4. Manage documentation, from recruitment to exit formalities
5. Manage queries of employees
6. Improve team bonding
7. Manage the appraisal process
8. Manage petty cash
9. Manage employee welfare activities
10. Manage recruitment databases
11. Manage employee database and history
12. Manage client visits
13. Manage office administration
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven work experience as an HR recruiter or similar role
2. Experience with recruitment sourcing techniques
3. In-depth knowledge about full-cycle recruiting
4. Knowledge about HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
7. IT Recruiter shall be preferred
8. Candidate with BBA/MBA in HR preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
