1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business goals of the company
2. Build and maintain positive employee relations
3. Oversee the recruiting and hiring process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
4. Administer compensation and benefits programs
5. Develop and implement employee training and development programs
6. Investigate and resolve employee complaints
7. Comply with all applicable HR laws and regulations
8. Work on other duties as assigned
Who can apply:
1. Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/human resources or relevant experience
