About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, calling the candidates Conducting background checks, and preparing onboarding.
2. Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Post about jobs with proper JD on various hiring platforms.
3. Maintain HR documentation and Employee Data.
4. Ensuring the application of the company s HR policies.
5. Coordinate with the reporting manager on day-to-day basis.
