Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
2. Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates
3. Coordinate job postings and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
4. Manage onboarding processes for new hires
5. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
6. Promote a positive work culture and address workplace conflicts
7. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and practices
8. Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
9. Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning programs
10. Support career development plans and succession planning
11. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
12. Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration
13. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation
14. Advise employees on salary, benefits, and incentives
15. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
16. Stay updated with labor laws and ensure compliance
17. Maintain accurate employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially
18. Coordinate performance review processes and appraisal cycles
19. Provide support and guidance to managers for employee evaluations
20. Facilitate the development of performance improvement plans when necessary
21. Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
22. Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment costs
23. Support leadership in workforce planning and decision-making
24. Maintain employee files and update HR databases
25. Issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other documentation
26. Manage attendance, leave, and other administrative systems
