Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop strategies to attract top talent, and coordinate with hiring managers for workforce planning.
2. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and promote positive relations through effective communication.
3. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations, and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs to enhance employee skills, and coordinate development initiatives such as workshops and seminars.
