Job Summary: As an HR Executive at Oneroot, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources operations. You will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will help us build a positive workplace culture and ensure that our team members are supported and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support employee development initiatives.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintain employee records, and manage HR documentation.
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee growth and development.
6. HR Analytics: Use HR data to inform decisions, track key metrics, and report on HR activities and outcomes.
