Job Description for HR Recruiter;

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring efficient coordination between HR recruiters, clients, and candidates. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, team management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with HR Recruiters: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among the HR recruitment team. Provide guidance and support to HR recruiters in achieving recruitment goals.
2. Utilization of Job Portals: Monitor and optimize the utilization of job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
3. Screening and Training: Oversee the screening process conducted by HR recruiters to ensure the selection of qualified candidates. Provide short training sessions to HR recruiters to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Creating a Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the company. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
5. Internal Database Management: Maintain and update the internal database with relevant candidate information. Ensure data integrity and accuracy for efficient retrieval.
6. Client Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with new and existing clients. Collect client requirements and share them with the HR recruitment team.
7. Resume Sharing and Client Interaction: Collect resumes from HR recruiters and facilitate their timely sharing with clients. Manage salary negotiations and other aspects of the hiring process.
8. Interview Process: Coordinate and facilitate the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
9. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients after interviews and recruitment processes. Use feedback to improve and refine recruitment strategies.
10. Internal Hiring: Oversee internal hiring processes within the company. Collaborate with relevant departments to meet internal talent needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a job consultancy or recruitment setting.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office Recruitment
