About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Prepare job descriptions, post on sourcing channels, and manage the hiring/interview process
3. Create and implement effective onboarding and hiring processes
4. Contribute to day-to-day HR operations (preparing offer letters, increment letters, promotion letters & exit letters)
5. Contribute to other initiatives like communication, database management, employee records, etc.
6. Handle 3rd party consultancies for recruitment

Note: Candidates should have an educational background in management studies.

Salary
