Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
2. Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and universities boards
3. Source candidates by using databases and social media
4. Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
5. Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
6. Conduct phone, Skype, and/or in-person interviews
7. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
9. Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
10. Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
11. Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
12. Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
