About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment
2 Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with department heads
3. Responsible for joining and documentation of the selected candidate
4. Maintaining personal documents of employees
5. Maintaining different MIS reports of new joinees
6. Handling queries of new joinees
7. Assisting the HR team in other backend work as per the requirement
8. Working on other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by management
