Required:
1. Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter
2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
3. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
4. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Any graduate can apply
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
