About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting
2. Target, screen, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
3. Recruit for accounting associates, sales, and techies
4. Oversee full lifecycle recruiting
5. Close deals with candidates
6. Assist generalists with recruitment duties
7. Update online job postings on various job boards and at local college
8. Review all new hire papers to ensure it is complete
9. Assisting with the registration, preparation, and staffing of job fairs

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience
2. Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking software required
3. Proficiency in using a PC
4. BA/BSc graduate
5. 1 years experience in the full cycle of recruitment preferred
