Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Apna, Naukri, and LinkedIn)
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone & face-to-face)
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews including prep and debriefing
7. Advertise job openings on social media, job boards, and internally
8. Implement policy as per requirement
9. Event management
10. Maintain time and attendance records
11. Enter new hires into the payroll system
12. Process advance, termination, and other out-of-cycle payments
13. Reconcile earnings and deduction totals
14. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to managers
15. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
16. Monitor training and onboarding of candidate

Requirements:

1. Have a background in Gig worker/Blue collar worker hiring
2. Strong direct sourcing expertise (Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, employee referrals, social media.)
3. Well verse with the phone, email, social, and text tools to engage and recruit candidates from social media sites, job boards, and other industry tools
4. MBA in HR & Candidates with Experience will be preferred
