Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with HR managers and specialists to understand HR practices
2. Provide administrative support on the online HRMS system by keeping employee records up to date and accurate
3. Maintain documentation system for employee records
4. Liaise with employees and external candidates to provide support where required and answer queries with regards to various issues such as payroll, benefits, paid time off, etc.
5. Learn the employee benefits program including medical, leaves, and other benefits offered by the company
6. Learn how to complete payroll and maintain payroll records effectively
7. Ask questions and make notes on HR best practices and procedures and implement them into the work you do. Keep up with industry best practices for HR standards
8. Provide support to employees by assisting them with any queries they may have

Requirements:

1. MBA in HR from a reputed institution
2. Good verbal as well as written communication skills
3. Planning and organizing skills
4. Ability to work in shifts, including night shift
5. Proficiency on MS Office utilities
6. General knowledge of HR practices
7. Team working
