Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions
2. Update and maintain employee records in HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
3. Support employee engagement initiatives through organizing events, surveys, and communication strategies
4. Assist in performance management processes by collecting feedback, tracking goals, and conducting evaluations
5. Coordinate training and development programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback
6. Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and management reviews using MS Excel and MS Word
7. Assist in sourcing candidates across technology, non-tech, and clinical science roles

Note:

1. Only candidates with prior work experience in HR should apply
2. You must already be based out of Bangalore, this is a full-time role; please apply if you can work from 10 AM - 7 PM at least 5 days a week
3. People with startup experience will be preferred
