Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
2. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
3. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
4. Undertake tasks around performance management
5. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
6. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
7. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
8. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
9. Ensure compliance with labor law regulations

Requirements:
