- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers and employees on HR issues and best practices
