Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Document and implement various processes and procedures to recruit employees and interns for all levels of the organization
2. Negotiate with all stakeholders and candidates from the perspective of the organization
3. Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of various accesses for the candidates
4. Ensure all candidates have duly finished all their necessary formalities and background Verifications for the same
5. Train all interns and employees, maintaining their database, and ensuring employee engagement activities
6. Address employee and intern grievances
7. Work on different tool integration for increasing efficiency and productivity
8. Maintain attendance, leave, expenses and salary slips of all employees on a daily basis
9. Ensure performance appraisals, criteria for incentives, promotions, and transfers (intra and inter-departments) in the organization
10. Work on the smooth transition of roles and responsibilities when there is a change in the role or transfer of the employee in the organization
11. Define the exit protocol and formalities for all employees during their course of resignation and exit
12. Connect with businesses to reduce and manage attrition
13. Coordinate and collate data from each and every department in the organization
