Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and managing all aspects of human resources within the company. They will handle, all licences as required, compliance with labor laws. The role will require active engagement with employees and stakeholders, and the ability to drive HR initiatives.
Qualifications : Min. Graduation
Work Experience: - Min 2-3 yrs in HR Department with
Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent understanding of human resources practices and labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of BOCW, CLRA, others licences.
Knowledge of construction site HR.
