1. Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals
2. Develop and implement people-focused strategies
3. Partner with hiring managers for effective recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
5. Provide guidance and support on employee relations and performance management
6. Identify organizational development needs and support change management efforts
7. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar role
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws
4. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and candidate assessment
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications
8. MBA in human resources (preferred)
Note: The salary offered for this position is up to 25,000 INR and may vary depending on the candidate's last CTC and performance in the interview process.
