1. Understanding the job description of various roles.
2. Screening candidates from Job portals such Naukri, Shine, etc as per the job description
3. Making job postings live on portals such as Indeed, IIM JOBS, etc
4. Calling the candidates, explain the candidates the job opportunity and sharing the CV with management
5. Coordinating interviews as per availabilities of candidates and clients(should have knowledge of blocking calendar on Google meet)
6. Ensuring closures on respective roles accordingly.
