HR Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and attract qualified sports trainers through various channels
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
3. Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and manage contracts
4. Coordinate onboarding, including training schedules and documentation
5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor hiring metrics
6. Promote the company's employer brand and network at industry events

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Sports Management, or a related field
2. Experience as an HR recruiter, preferably for sports or related roles
3. Knowledge of sports training roles and qualifications
4. Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
5. Proficiency with recruitment software and tools
6. Experience recruiting in the fitness or sports coaching industries
7. Knowledge of legal and contractual obligations for hiring sports professionals
