About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and attract qualified candidates for job openings within the organization
2. Create job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
3. Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position
4. Engage in phone interviews, review application materials, and conduct pre-employment assessments
5. Coordinate and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Develop interview questions, evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring managers
7. Facilitate panel interviews and coordinate with other team members involved in the selection process
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, feedback, and hiring decisions
9. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software to manage candidate data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
10. Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and assist in creating job specifications
11. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process
12. Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates during the recruitment process
13. Work on timely communication, addressing inquiries, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
14. Maintain a positive employer brand and reputation to attract top talent
15. Engage in the onboarding process, assisting with the necessary paperwork, coordinating background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition for the new employee into the organization

Skills & Requirements:

1. 6 months - 1-year experience is required
2. Should have completed a relevant course

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
