HR Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and attract candidates by using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
2. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
4. Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings
5. Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
6. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
9. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
2. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously
