Key responsibilities:

1. Identify workforce requirements through liaison with regional sales managers and ensure that requirements are in sync with an annual operating plan
2. Work on identifying different avenues for sourcing of right talent
3. Review profiles, interview candidates, and roll out offers with business leaders to ensure adherence to budgets and to attract the right talent to the organization
4. Work on onboarding and managing the workforce across multiple levels of sales
5. Partner with regional sales managers to deliver on business targets (revenue, growth, etc.) by providing HR solutions
