Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: up to INR 30,000/-
Qualification: MBA / Graduate

Job Description:
Keeping track of the attendance of the employees and making salaries accordingly.
Leave Management.
Coordinate with the department in charge to manage manpower in all departments.
Keeping and maintaining the records of ESI and PF.
When a candidate joins, introduce them to all HODs.
Joining Formalities.
Accidents record updating and maintenance.
Distribute the salary to all manpower.
Coordinate during candidate interview.
Prepare Skill matrix and training record
Prepare full and final when an employee leaves.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Candidates having Manufacturing Industry experience will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
