Key responsibilities:

1. Create a process flow plan for the hiring of faculties nationally as well as internationally to teach on an online platform
2. Provide necessary information to students, parents, and faculties
3. Standardizing agreements, documents, applications, and invoices and formatting documents to meet company standards
4. Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship
5. Effective & regular follow-up with students and faculties using different channels of communication
6. Coordination of webinar/seminar management activities and initiatives
