Key responsibilities:
1. Work as a coordinator- coordinate with employees, co-workers, and upper management
2. Work as a recruiter- execute the joining and exit formalities
3. Maintain attendance and leave management of the company
4. Listen to employee grievances
5. Engage with the employees
Requirements:

3. Must be a team player
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,80,000 - 3,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
