Key responsibilities:
1. Creating and nurturing talent community to fulfill any upcoming hiring requirements
2. Creating and nurturing professional experts community to enable team bonding and training sessions
3. Working on enabling individual OKRs to help them perform better and achieve milestones consistently
4. Writing job descriptions, and job posts, conducting interviews, identifying shortlists to speed up final rounds
5. Conducting joining formalities, employee KYC, attendance records, leave records, and performance review records
6. Driving data-driven decision making
7. Resolving all kinds of operational support tickets with a high level of accuracy
8. Identifying and managing new vendors, and maintaining healthy relations
9. Ensuring consistent quality outcomes in office management and inventory management
10. Maintaining a high ORM score via website chatbot, social handles, and brand pages
Skills & Requirements:
1. Only immediate joiners are required
2. Any graduate/postgraduate may apply (MBA HR preferred)
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong orientation to attention to details
5. Strong process skills in follow-up and follow through
6. Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
7. Good grievance-handling skills related to time and attendance
