We at Azim Premji Foundation are working to improve the health of the underserved communities living in urban settlements of Bangalore.
Since 2022, we have started an integrated community health program across 5 locations in Bangalore. At each location, we have our Health Centre and a team of Community Health Workers managed by a local not-for-profit organisation.
The Health Centres (with a team of doctors, nurses, a pharmacist and a lab technician) provide primary health services to the patients targeting a cluster of urban settlements in its neighborhood. The Community Health Workers support the patients and the target community at large on health awareness and health education, community-level screening, follow-ups etc. in coordination with the Health Centre teams
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide regular training and support to users of our software
2. Proactively collect and escalate user feedback to the IT team for timely resolution
3. Develop and maintain visual dashboards using data analytics to support informed decision-making
Requirements:
1. A degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, Lab, Medical Billing & Coding, or Physiotherapy (preferred)
2. Experience working with business analytics tools in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare organization (preferred)
3. Fluency in Kannada and Hindi (preferred), and previous experience working in underserved communities
Base work location: St. Mark's Road, Bangalore. This role will involve travel to multiple locations in Bangalore (Bellandur, Peenya, Hebbal, Kengeri and Thubarahalli) where our Health Centres are set up
