Key responsibilities:
1. Create graphics and design layouts using infographics to make highly conceptual reading companions which are also visually aesthetic
2. Design graphics that aid in designing reading companions
3. Coordinate with other graphic-dependent teams for a smoother workflow
4. Stick to guidelines and deliver the output on time
5. Work in collaboration with the content team
6. Get any queries/doubts cleared without hesitation
7. Act as the go-to person within a department or function for questions and problems within his/her area of expertise

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Strong written and verbal English language skills are required
A bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design or a diploma in graphic design
Ability to think creatively and conceptually
Quick learner
A good knowledge of the principles of visual design is an added advantage
Proficient in working with graphic design suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Inkscape, GIMP, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good logical thinking and aptitude skills
Candidates with a creative bent of mind will be desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a responsible, accountable, and organized person
Understanding digital education and content would be appreciated
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
