About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
2. Review the shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on the scenes value and contribution to continuity
3. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
4. Create rough and final cuts
5. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry s best practices to maximize efficiency
6. Manipulate film and video footage using modern editing techniques
7. Trim footage and put together the rough project
8. Make different creative graphic posts & reels/shorts

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
